Perhaps you are struggling with a lingering injury, chronic pain, or a chronic, even life-altering condition that is hindering you from participating fully in all the activities you love…

You may feel frustrated, angry, or betrayed by your body, or fearful that things could cascade into more symptoms and more limitation. Perhaps you don’t feel at home or safe in your body. You may even feel a little helpless or resigned. But at the same time, you still believe you can feel better.

On your journey with this issue, you may have tried different things, like physical or occupational therapy, or just hoped the issue would resolve itself. While you may have found some relief, it’s been temporary, and you’re still struggling.

A lot of practitioners focus on an “outside-in fix”, which can be effective in addressing symptoms to a degree, but can keep you running to appointments, reliant on others’ expertise, and drain your time, energy, and bank account.

What might be missing is perceiving and shifting habituated patterns of tension and ways of moving that hinder your body’s natural healing intelligence, and interfere with the great work you’re doing with other practitioners.

I facilitate healing from the inside out. I teach you to mindfully and compassionately partner with this innate intelligence to create space for deeper, more lasting transformation and healing to arise from within with efficiency and grace.

Over the past 26 years as a massage therapist, movement and embodiment teacher, and trauma-informed somatic healing facilitator, I have helped my clients find relief from chronic and acute pain, experience greater ease in their bodies, and step into a more empowered role in their personal healing, embodiment, and well-being journey. Some of the conditions I have supported clients with are mobility issues, partial paralysis, symptoms of MS, surgery prep and recovery, and chronic pain and stiffness.

I have honed my gifts as an intuitive healer through wisdom gained in my practice, as well as through a life long interest in personal development, the creative process, and embodied mindfulness. I offer my clients a holistic and multilayered approach to the healing journey—one that honors the body’s deep wisdom, the creative spirit, and an everyday connection to their own Inner Healer.

“Integrating the mind-body connection allows me to recognize and address the physical struggles of MS without stacking on emotional distress. This is huge for me and puts the control back into my hands... The way we worked together helped me to integrate these lessons into my daily life right away. This is so precious, so valuable in dealing with the unexpected effects of MS. I am so blessed to be in this experience with you.”
